List of all the administrators is displayed on this page and you can manage all the administrators. You can do the following on this page-

• Add Administrator : You can use this functionality to register a new UI administrator into SMS System.
• UserID: Login Id of all the UI administrators already registered into SMS System. Click on any userid to view/edit profile information of that administrator member.
• Name: First and last name of the UI administrators.
• Status: This is to display the status, it can be - ACTIVE, INACTIVE
• Role: Role will be UI_ADMIN for all UI administrators in the list.
• Office-Phone#: Office contact number
• Extension: Extension of office phone.
• Reset Password: Click on this link if you need to reset password for a UI administrator. You will need this functionality incase any of the UI administrator forgets his/her password or their account gets suspended because of multiple wrong password entry. The corresponding UI administrator will receive an email notification with the new password information which should be used for next login.

Add Administrator:To add a new UI administrator, click on "Add Administrator" button, fill the following information and click submit to save. Click on cancel any time to go back to list of administrators. On submit, the new administrator will be registered in SMS and will receive email notification for the same on the email id registered.

• Business Title: Business title of the UI administrator(optional)
• First Name: The first name of the UI administrator, should be minimum 4 characters long. (mandatory)
• Middle Initial: The middle initial of the UI administrator, should be 1 character long. (optional)
• Last Name: The last name or business name of the UI administrator, should be minimum 4 characters long. (mandatory)
• Office phone: 10 digit phone number of the UI administrator including area code, should be a number in format xxx-xxx-xxxx(mandatory) 
• Extension: Office phone extesion, should be a number in format xxxxx(optional)
• Email ID: The email of the UI administrator for all communications like registration confirmation, change password confirmation, should be in format abc@abc.abc(mandatory)
• UserID: Unique user id to enter to identify user existence and user type at the time of login, should be minimum 4 characters long.(mandatory)

Edit Profile: To edit profile of any UI administrator, click on the userid in the list of administrators on "Manage UIAdmins". The following information will be in visible in view mode. Click on Edit button to edit any of the editable information. Click on submit button to save the updated profile information. Click on cancel button to cancel submit and return to list of administrators.

• UserID: Unique user id used to login into SMS. This is a read only field.
• Business Title: Business title of the UI administrator
