On this page, you can retrieve the password incase you forget the same. You will be prompted to input the following-

UserID: This is the UserID used for login into SMS system and is a mandatory field. 

E-mail:This is the e-mail id registered in SMS system. 

 

After inputting one or more of the above listed information, system will prompt you to answer a security question. Security question is part of user's profile information and should have been set before hand so as to use "Forgot Password" feature for retrieving password.

 

Once you input correct answer to security question, an e-mail notification containing password information will be sent to you on the registered e-mail id. On next login, you should change password on the MyProfile page using "Change Password" functionality for security purposes.
