Supplier Management System

The Supplier Management System is a self-service website designed to assist DPUC licensed electric suppliers* in establishing and maintaining data relating to their relationship with United Illuminating Company (UI).

To get started using this website click on the Register with UI button to the left. You will be asked to complete a registration application. Click here to download the service agreement which is required to establish a business relationship with UI.

After returning the signed service agreement UI will grant the supplier full access to the website's functionality. With full access the supplier can view and download non-private customer lists, initiate regulatory testing, initiate and maintain rates, enter contact and company data, view and print reports as well as enter service requests as it pertains to their enrolled customers.

Although the website is primarily designed for licensed suppliers it may also be accessed by licensed electric aggregators requesting access to the non-private customer list.
